Named after Isla Vionta, an island and protected seabird sanctuary in the Atlantic off the coast of Rias Baixas, Vionta is a joyful wine with lively flavors of peach, citrus, and green apple that are balanced by lip-smacking steely minerality and energetic acidity. Medium-bodied with a lingering finish, the coastal influences of Vionta make it a perfect match with all types of seafood - from fresh oysters and ceviche to grilled lobster and seared scallops.
