Mendiant Pendant
$40
The lovely folks at La Maison du Chocolat sent me this lovely mendiant ornament just a little too soon - I devoured mine about a month ago and it never made it to my Christmas tree! Accented with edible gold flakes, the delicious dark chocolate pendant contains almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts, and pecans. FYI, a mendiant is a traditional French confection made of a disk of chocolate covered with dried nuts and, sometimes, dried fruits too.
