Hard core fashionistas have been lined up since the wee hours of the morning in the hopes of snagging one of Lanvin's exclusive H&M creations. Lanvin designer Alber Elbaz is one of the kings of couture and his fashions are frequently seen on the red carpet and on jetsetters.
